I had the pleasure of staying in a medieval castle that has been lovingly restored by a dedicated family. The castle boasts contemporary rooms complete with original gothic features, complemented by a rooftop terrace with impressive views. The host and her family were warm and hospitable, and the service from all staff was impeccable.
Cannot find any fault. This hotel is an excellent choice for those who are fascinated by medieval history and charm, and the surrounding location is a hidden gem.

If you're looking for an unusual and unique experience, this renovated Gothic castle is worth the trip. the family-owned hotel has a fascinating history and plenty of medieval artifacts and settings to explore. the views from the rooftop parapets are fantastic, and the staff is warm and friendly, making guests feel at home. We also appreciated the effort made to accommodate gluten-free and other dietary requirements, and the ample parking outside was a plus.
The isolated location means that guests should be prepared for desolation at times, as there is no bar or restaurant on the premises. the rooms are not equipped with televisions, so bring your own entertainment.

Spent Xmas in a castle in the north of Spain, the incredible views and the cozy family lounge were the best aspects of the experience. The medieval decoration and the vintage furniture were charming and authentic. The breakfast was delicious and we could taste the traditional cuisine of the region. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby towns, all with beautiful monuments and history to discover.
The heating wasn't efficient enough to warm the room properly, and we had to ask for extra blankets and an electric heater, which weren't available immediately. The internet signal was weak and almost inexistent in the bedroom, and we had to go to the entrance hall to get a connection.
